Supervision of Medication Administration (SAMS) – Test Only

After you have completed the live training with a Registered Nurse, you must complete the quiz with a passing grade of 70 or greater to be considered SAMS certified.  Please note, that your score will be reduced by 10 points with every attempt.  If you fail the quiz 4 times, you will need to repeat the class and try again regardless of your score.
