Welcome to the Theia Health family. I’m Brad Reynolds, serving as the CEO and Director of Operations at Theia Health Group. With a rich background as a Registered Nurse spanning over three decades, my focus for the past 23 years has been dedicated to serving as a Home & Community Based Services nurse. In 2014, I embarked on establishing our inaugural nursing support agency, which pioneered its kind in San Antonio and later expanded statewide.
In recent years, a specialized team of seasoned nurses has been diligently strategizing, shaping, and exploring avenues for enhancing our systems and services. This endeavor culminated in the establishment of Theia Health Group, distinguished by its novel and forward-thinking approach.
Our in-house developed hybrid electronic health records system, ProTriage, stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence. Tailored specifically for Theia Health Group and the providers under our care, ProTriage encompasses a wide range of features curated to elevate communication.
Furthermore, our endeavor gave rise to Theia Learning Online, a division of Theia Health Group designed to cater to the training needs of Direct Support Professionals in community-centric settings.

As the Director of Development and with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Rose brings a wealth of education and experience in healthcare development. Her innovative approaches are breathing new life into the development of systems and protocols at Theia Health Group.
Ashley contributes extensive experience in Home & Community Based Services to Theia Health. Serving as the Director of Nursing, Ashley adeptly manages the everyday obstacles in guaranteeing that our clients receive top-notch care from our exceptional nursing team throughout Texas.
